Refund policy
Change of Mind Returns
We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order.
Change-of-mind returns are accepted provided items are in in the same condition that you received it, unworn, and unwashed.
To request a return, please email goose.scrubs@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return before sending your items back.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your items. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued once returned items have been received and inspected.
Where scrubs are returned due to a fault, defect, or not being as described, you are entitled to a refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
For change-of-mind returns, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return being received and approved.
Shipping costs are non-refundable & we do not cover the cost of returning the items.
Exchanges
At this stage, we do not offer exchanges. If you require a different size or style, you’re welcome to place a new order after your return has been processed.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your scrubs are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at goose.scrubs@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Australian Consumer Law Notice
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
